Morris Mini Cooper MK 1 1966 Finished in its original colour scheme of Tweed Grey and Old English White roof, complimented by Dark Grey and Dove Grey interior with sport reclining seats.

This incredible example was purchased by the last owner over 20 years ago, who painstakingly carried out a bare shell rotisserie restoration using the original shell and replacing with new panels where necessary. Every component including all MechanIcals, Brakes, Electrics etc  were either rebuilt or replaced.  Newton Commercial supplied the new interior. This restoration took 5 years to complete and the finished result is stunning.

At a later stage, the owner decided to take on other major works to this Mini Cooper by upgrading it to Mini Cooper S specification. A Cooper S 1071 engine with gearbox was sourced and fitted along with ancillaries including Oil Cooler,  Uprated Drive Shafts, Brake Servo and Callipers,  Twin Tanks, Rev Counter etc.

Supplied with the Original matching number Cooper engine and gearbox, drive shafts and ancillaries  etc. A huge History file containing a comprehensive photographic record of the restoration,  a large quantity of Invoices and Heritage Certificate. 

This Mini Cooper is in exceptional condition in every aspect and drives superbly.
